PT Front Desk/Bartender

We are currently seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in shaping the guest experience by preparing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to set recipes and individual customer preferences. The Bartender will engage warmly with guests, providing recommendations based on an extensive knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine, as well as the food menu, to enhance guest satisfaction and promote premium product upselling. Attention to detail and strong customer service skills are essential to handle orders accurately, monitor responsible alcohol consumption, and resolve any guest concerns with professionalism. The position requires flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends, nights, days, and holidays, alongside the physical stamina to manage prolonged periods of standing, lifting, and movement throughout the service area.

In addition to beverage preparation and guest interaction, the Bartender will ensure the bar area remains clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times. This includes restocking inventory, managing bar tools, performing opening and closing duties such as inventory counts and reports, and collaborating closely with servers, barbacks, and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service. The Bartender also maintains sanitation and safety standards, manages cash and POS transactions accurately, and reports maintenance issues promptly.
