The role being offered is for a Retail Store Team Member specializing in deli operations at the Jenkintown, Pennsylvania location. This position is integral to the store's success and focuses on handling deli products with care, precision, and excellent customer service skills. The team member will perform a variety of tasks involving the preparation, cooking, and serving of deli foods including making sandwiches, cooking pizza and chicken, slicing meats and cheeses, and managing grab-and-go deli items. Operating various equipment such as ovens, fryers, scales, slicers, and cash registers is a key component of this role. Responsibilities also include maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across all work surfaces and tools in compliance with food safety regulations.

Candidates will be expected to adhere strictly to company safety protocols and personal protective equipment requirements to maintain a safe work environment. The position demands physical capabilities such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and walking for significant portions of the shift, and working in varying temperature conditions. Shift hours start at a minimum of 4 hours depending on business needs, ensuring flexibility.
