Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of catering or banquet leadership experience
  • valid driver's license with 3+ years of safe driving experience
  • comfortable driving a 16-foot box truck and able to climb in and out of vehicle
  • experience leading a team in food service or other industry
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • positive and empowering interpersonal skills
  • physical stamina to work long hours and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Safely transport food, drinks, and equipment to the event venue
  • manage all aspects of the event including set-up, serving meals and beverages, and take-down
  • carry out the Sales Event Coordinator's plan for the event and adapt to different venues when setting up and organizing service flow
  • lead a team of co-captains, servers, and bartenders
  • maintain good communication with the event host
  • be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
  • create an environment that supports and develops the members of your team
  • be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
