Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of catering or banquet leadership experience
- valid driver's license with 3+ years of safe driving experience
- comfortable driving a 16-foot box truck and able to climb in and out of vehicle
- experience leading a team in food service or other industry
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- positive and empowering interpersonal skills
- physical stamina to work long hours and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Safely transport food, drinks, and equipment to the event venue
- manage all aspects of the event including set-up, serving meals and beverages, and take-down
- carry out the Sales Event Coordinator's plan for the event and adapt to different venues when setting up and organizing service flow
- lead a team of co-captains, servers, and bartenders
- maintain good communication with the event host
- be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
- create an environment that supports and develops the members of your team
- be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
