Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to stand and walk continuously
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs
- Ability to comply with food safety codes and procedures
- Willingness to work in a temperature-controlled environment
- Ability to follow federal, state, and local laws
- Physical capability for stooping, reaching, and handling tasks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year experience preferred
- Strong problem solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to comply with all food safety procedures
Job Duties
- Ensures the availability of clean dishes by bussing tables, washing dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and resetting dining areas
- Prepares dining areas and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations
- Cleans machines and appliances used in the kitchen such as coffee makers and mixers
- Unloads and stores deliveries
- Sweeps and mops floors
- Cleans floors when items are broken or spilled
- Takes out trash and rinses garbage cans
