The role available is for an Operations Support Agent, a critical position ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the fleet and rental lots. This hands-on role is designed for detail-oriented individuals who excel in fast-paced environments and enjoy problem-solving and organizational tasks. The Operations Support Agent is responsible for utilizing the TSD application to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle statuses, coordinating the physical arrangement of vehicles across various lot areas to facilitate optimal rental availability and maintenance scheduling.

Key responsibilities include organizing vehicles within assigned lot areas, maintaining and updating signage to ensure clarity and organization, prioritizing vehicle detailing and maintenance needs, and performing minor vehicle repairs such as jump-starting cars with dead batteries. The agent also manages key security by promptly reporting any missing keys and coordinates the transportation of vehicles between multiple locations including overflow lots, maintenance facilities, repair shops, and auctions. They monitor vehicles that have been out of service for extended periods, ensuring such units are clearly tagged and non-rentable.

The role also involves providing flexible support by filling in service areas during peak times, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards in all operational areas, and assisting with additional tasks as assigned by management. This position demands a proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills, independence, and the ability to maintain organizational flow under pressure.
