This Concierge role at Ivy Terrace offers the opportunity to be part of such a dedicated team within a memory care community. Employed on a part-time basis with Sunday through Thursday shifts running from 4 PM to 8 PM, the position offers a pay rate ranging from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour. As a Concierge, you will be the welcoming face of the community, responsible for greeting visitors and residents, responding courteously to their requests, and ensuring a safe, secure, and inviting environment at all times. The role requires skills in handling multi-line telephone systems, providing clerical support, managing the business center, and monitoring emergency alert systems with attentiveness and professionalism.

Teamwork is a critical component of this position, as the Concierge collaborates closely with co-workers and other departments to make sure resident needs are met swiftly and efficiently. This role demands strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members, healthcare professionals, and staff members. Additionally, the Concierge plays a vital role in maintaining safety standards to provide peace of mind to residents and their families.
