Job Requirements
- Minimum 4-hour shift availability depending on business needs
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand 55% of the time and walk 45% of the time
- Must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws

Job Qualifications
- Preferable supervisory and/or barista experience
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have valid identification
- Must meet the company performance standards for the job including but not limited to regular attendance
- Special skills: customer focused, strong interpersonal skills, and food handling certificate preferred
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Welcome and connect with each customer
- Effectively recommend products and accommodate purchases to enhance the customer experience
- Provide product demonstrations and sampling
- Produce high quality products in accordance with company standards
- Serve only items that meet visual and product quality standards
- Demonstrate knowledge and practice of safe food handling
- Follow merchandising, stock, rotation, and storage standards
- Present oneself in a clean professional manner during every shift
- Follow proper cash handling procedures and register policies
- Follow inventory and stock guidelines
- Assume responsibility to learn and demonstrate knowledge as a barista
- Responsible for self-initiated learning beyond the standard training program
- Learn and demonstrate all standards of product and conduct established by The GIANT Company and Starbucks
