As a member of the Marshalls team, employees model established customer experience practices, consistently demonstrating honesty, integrity, and respect to foster a positive store culture. Responsibilities include accurately processing customer purchases and returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, upholding merchandising philosophies, and preparing merchandise for display according to company standards. The role also involves organizing the sales floor, participating in store recovery activities throughout the day, and maintaining cleanliness across the entire store. Alongside these duties, associates provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback, helping to sustain a supportive and engaged work environment.

The starting pay range for this position is $16.25 to $16.75 per hour, with exact compensation dependent on skills, qualifications, and experience.
