Job Description

Moldaw Residences is a premier senior living community dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care to seniors. With a commitment to enhancing the lives of its residents, Moldaw Residences offers a warm and supportive environment where the wisdom and stories of the elderly are treasured. This organization places a strong emphasis on investing not only in its residents but also in its team members, fostering a workplace culture that values personal growth, respect, and meaningful engagement. As a leading name in senior living, Moldaw Residences understands the importance of personalized care and hospitality, providing services that go beyond basic assistance to ensure each resident feels valued and cared for.

As part of this extraordinary company, a Caregiver plays a vital role in assisting residents with their daily personal care needs. This part-time position offers a pay range of $22 to $24 per hour, depending on experience. The role is ideal for compassionate individuals who are enthusiastic about senior care and hospitality, offering an opportunity to be more than just an employee—being part of the meaningful lives of the wisest people on earth. Caregivers at Moldaw Residences have a front-row seat to inspirational life stories, allowing for deep connections and a rewarding work experience.

The Caregiver position entails assisting residents with various aspects of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care tasks. In addition to providing physical assistance, the caregiver supports residents during mealtime, helps with feeding as necessary, and encourages nutritional intake. Documentation and communication are also essential responsibilities, with caregivers ensuring accurate recording of shift activities and maintaining clear communication with nursing supervisors, department heads, families, and the health services director. Prompt response to residents’ call lights and emergencies is crucial to providing safe and responsive care. Furthermore, caregivers actively engage residents with planned activities, which promote mental and emotional well-being.

Moldaw Residences values professionals who bring compassion, enthusiasm, and dedication to the role. The company welcomes applicants with prior experience, particularly those who have worked as CNAs, PCAs, HHAs, RAs, or in similar caregiver roles. The environment at Moldaw Residences encourages growth and development, making it an excellent workplace for individuals seeking to build a meaningful career in senior care. Candidates will find a supportive atmosphere where their skills can make a profound difference and where the focus is on creating extraordinary experiences for both residents and staff.
