- Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates other associates on tools tasks and resources
- Plans bakery production ensuring quality consistency and adherence to recipes
- Decorates bakery products using various tools like bags tips and nozzles
- Maintains food safety sanitation and inventory control standards
- Operates and sanitizes bakery equipment and maintains cold chain compliance
- Utilizes digital tools to improve sales and associate engagement
- Assists members with product selection and resolves member concerns
