Job Duties
- Effectively lead a shift and provide direction to staff to ensure operations run smoothly
- monitor breaks ensuring that they are running according to schedule and legal requirements
- monitor food quality and operations in back of house
- take the lead in ordering, stocking and replenishing items needed for service
- attend to customers and exhibit excellent customer service skills
- ensure DOH compliance and occupational health and safety compliance is met at all times
- exercise authority to manage hours of café staff based on the business
- escalate issues to Store Manager when necessary
- assist with banking and cashing out for each shift
- perform other duties as necessary
