The role we are offering is critical to the smooth operation of our dining area and overall guest satisfaction. This position focuses on delivering outstanding customer service by being attentive to guests' needs, including taking and filling orders, clearing and setting tables, and providing information about our buffet and food selections. It is essential to greet guests warmly and ensure their experience from seating to departure is positive and memorable. The job also involves managing an assigned section efficiently, maintaining stock levels of various essentials such as coffee, tea, ice, and condiments, and upholding the cleanliness and professional appearance of the workstation.

Additionally, this role may include duties such as cocktail serving and bartending, provided the individual is over the age of 21 and possesses the required licenses and certifications. Candidates must be prepared to obtain and maintain all necessary permits, including a valid Nooksack Tribal Gaming Agency license, Washington State Gaming Licenses, a Class 12 or 13 Washington State alcohol server permit, a Washington State Food Handlers permit, and TIPS certification. This position requires a minimum age of 17 years, and employees must maintain confidentiality regarding company and player information.
