Job Requirements

Must be 19 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent education required
Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to operate POS systems and touch-screen devices
Demonstrated commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct
Ability to secure and maintain Nebraska Gaming License
ServSafe and Alcohol Awareness certifications preferred
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Job Qualifications

Must be 19 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent education required
Previous customer service experience preferred
Ability to operate POS systems and touch-screen devices
Demonstrated commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct
Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Previous experience using mobile devices or tablet applications preferred
ServSafe and Alcohol Awareness certifications preferred

Job Duties

Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service of beverages to guests
Accurately input drink orders into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system
Prepare and garnish drinks according to established standards
Retrieve and clear used glassware in a timely manner
Maintain knowledge of drink menus and promotions to assist guests
Comply with all local, state, and federal liquor laws, as well as internal policies and procedures
Follow all guidelines under S.M.A.R.T. or T.I.P.S. training for responsible alcohol service
Maintain proper balance of assigned server bank, where applicable
Promote positive guest and team relations by maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
Attend required meetings and training sessions
Perform additional duties as assigned
