Job Requirements

  • At least one year of related education, training, and/or experience
  • Ability to perform essential functions on computerized Point of Sale system
  • Working knowledge of mixing and serving a variety of drinks
  • Working knowledge of proper operation of all bar equipment
  • Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
  • Working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures
  • Current State Food Handler's License
  • State Mixologist Permit

Job Duties

  • Take food orders and serve guests
  • Clear and maintain tables and bar area
  • Operate computerized Point of Sale system accurately
  • Maintain knowledge of liquor laws and bar equipment operation
  • Handle cash transactions following standard procedures
  • Engage guests with exceptional customer service and beverage expertise
