The bartender position within ASM Global’s Food and Beverage department is a vital role that directly impacts guest satisfaction by providing outstanding beverage service during a variety of events. This part-time, on-call, non-exempt role reports to the Bar Supervisor, Food & Beverage Manager, and Operations Manager, ensuring that all aspects of bar service meet the company’s high standards. The responsibilities include setting up bar stations, managing and accounting for beverage inventory, handling all cash transactions accurately, and complying with liquor laws and safety protocols. The bartender must maintain a sanitary and organized work environment while delivering courteous and efficient service to customers. This role requires flexibility with working hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and other event schedules.

In this capacity, the bartender plays an integral part in ensuring the seamless operation of beverage services during events at ASM Global venues. They are responsible not only for the technical execution of drink preparation and sales but also for fostering a welcoming atmosphere, checking customer identification to adhere to legal requirements, and collaborating closely with other food and beverage personnel. Successful candidates must possess a current New Mexico Alcohol Server's Permit and be at least 21 years old.
