The company is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bartender to join the team at these properties. This role involves delivering memorable hospitality to guests by providing genuine connections and engaging service from the initial greeting to their departure. The ideal candidate will be quick on their feet, have a personable attitude, and be adept at understanding guests' needs while preparing perfect beverages promptly. The Bartender will be responsible for maintaining the bar setup, providing descriptive and accurate menu guidance, handling orders with precision, collaborating effectively with restaurant and kitchen staff, and resolving guest concerns to ensure satisfaction. Moreover, the role includes managing inventory, stocking supplies, preparing garnishes, mixing and presenting drinks according to established recipes, handling cash and sales transactions, and securing the bar area.
