Job Requirements
- Availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings
- Ability to work on Wednesday or Thursday evenings
- Must live within 30 minutes of Palm Beach Gardens
- Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
- At least 18 years of age
- Good physical stamina for standing and moving during shifts
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience a plus but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work evenings on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with availability on Wednesday or Thursday evenings
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol service regulations
- Friendly and personable demeanor
Job Duties
- Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including poolside service when assigned
- Ensure compliance with all safety and alcohol service regulations
- Handle payments accurately and efficiently
- Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
- Deliver excellent customer service while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
