We are currently seeking an energetic and personable Part-Time Bartender to join our dynamic clubhouse team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, social environment and have a passion for delivering outstanding beverage service. The Part-Time Bartender will be an essential member of our team, responsible for greeting members and guests warmly, preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and ensuring that the bar and poolside areas are clean, organized, and compliant with all safety and alcohol service regulations. This position requires availability primarily on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings, with additional shifts on Wednesday or Thursday evenings. The work schedule offers a unique opportunity to engage with guests in both indoor and outdoor settings, including some shifts poolside, adding to the enjoyable atmosphere of the clubhouse.

The pay rate for this role is $12 per hour plus tips, reflecting our commitment to rewarding excellent service. While previous bartending experience is a plus, it is not a strict requirement, allowing enthusiastic individuals new to bartending to apply. Candidates should be comfortable handling payments efficiently and restocking inventory, all while maintaining a welcoming and efficient service flow. This role demands multitasking skills and the ability to thrive under pressure without compromising service quality.
