The role being offered is a Part-Time Barista position based in Austin, Texas, at La Colombe. This role demands bringing energy, warmth, and outstanding customer service to every interaction in the café. As a Barista, you will act as the face of La Colombe, engaging with customers, taking orders, and serving with genuine connection. You will be trained to master the art of coffee preparation the La Colombe way, creating drinks that are consistent in quality and taste. Ownership of your workspace, your shift, and the atmosphere you create is vital, as is maintaining cleanliness to ensure a great customer experience.

This part-time role offers a competitive hourly wage of $21.00 and includes up to 60 hours of accrued Paid Time Off (PTO) as well as up to 60 hours of accrued Flexible Time Off (FTO) for sick time.
