The role of Barista at La Colombe, operated under Chobani's dynamic umbrella, is a vital position central to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Barista, you will be the heartbeat of the café, fostering community spirit and embodying the brand's values. This role is designed not only to serve coffee but also to build genuine connections with customers, creating an inviting atmosphere where everyone feels welcome. The Barista will be trained to master the art and science of coffee-making the La Colombe way, ensuring every drink is crafted with consistency, quality, and style. Ownership of your station, shift, and energy will be paramount, as well as a commitment to cleanliness and teamwork. Whether it’s engaging with customers, taking orders, supporting teammates, or maintaining a spotless environment, your role is multifaceted and essential for the café's smooth operation. This position requires someone with an outgoing and friendly demeanor, excellent multitasking skills, and a passion for hospitality and service. Job Requirements

  • experience in customer service, retail, hospitality where the focus is customer facing is a plus but not required
  • takes pride in being part of a team and embodies all of our One Dove principles- kindness, respect, deliciousness, efficiency, and cleanliness
  • comfortable using a POS system and handling transactions
  • ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • frequent walking, bending, reaching, and twisting
