This role as a Part-Time Barista at La Colombe’s La Jolla location in San Diego, CA, represents an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant community-focused café environment. The Barista acts as the welcoming face of the café to customers, crafting every drink with skill, warmth, and care while building genuine connections. Job Requirements
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality where the focus is customer facing (a plus, but not required - training provided)
- Ability to use a POS system and handle transactions
- Willingness and physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and twisting required
- Commitment to embodying company principles of kindness, respect, deliciousness, efficiency, and cleanliness
