Job Requirements
- Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality with a customer-facing focus is a plus but not required
- Embody company principles of kindness, respect, deliciousness, efficiency, and cleanliness
- Comfortable using POS systems and handling transactions
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Capable of frequent walking, bending, reaching, and twisting

Job Duties
- Be the face of the cafe by engaging with customers, take orders, and serve with genuine connection
- Create drinks with consistency, quality, and style
- Own your station, shift, and energy maintaining responsibility and respect
- Keep the workspace clean and orderly to enhance customer experience
- Support teammates and assist wherever needed to improve operations
- Maintain positive attitude and bring energy to every shift
