The position involves preparing coffee shop beverages by brewing, mixing, or blending according to defined standards and handling food items with care to ensure safety and consistency. The role requires managing payment transactions including cash, checks, credit cards, and gift certificates, supporting merchandise stocking and display rotation, and alerting supervisors when supplies need replenishing. A diligent approach to company policies related to security, cash handling, product handling, and sanitation is necessary to maintain the integrity and quality of the coffee shop and overall store environment.
