Job Requirements
- Ability to use computers and communication systems
- Meet established volume activity standards
- Perform repetitive hand and arm motions
- Lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 40 pounds occasionally

Job Duties
- Lead department operations in absence of department manager and assistant manager
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and government regulations
- Utilize retail store systems including productivity management, scheduling, CAO and RF unit
- Treat co-workers with fairness, dignity, and respect
- Meet or exceed management planning guidelines
- Develop product knowledge in all bakery areas
- Assist in training associates
- Maintain neat personal appearance and comply with appearance policy
- Maintain communication within the department and organization
- Support company safety standards and report maintenance needs
- Keep work area safe and free from debris
- Observe and maintain sanitation and food safety standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
