The role also encompasses oversight of reimbursement landscapes, requiring awareness of payer access issues and adherence to pharmaceutical regulatory standards, including FDA compliance and internal policies. Lundbeck places high value on intellectual aptitude, communication skills, and a proactive mindset, necessitating candidates to meet annual product knowledge certification and industry credentialing standards.

The position involves domestic travel up to 30-40% of the time to facilitate regular interaction with customers and attendance at conferences across the United States, ensuring timely and effective territory coverage. Candidates should possess a valid driver’s license and demonstrate a commitment to continuous personal and professional development through participation in various leadership and collaborative activities.
