The role of Provider Contracting Lead Analyst is a vital position within Cigna Healthcare’s provider network management team. This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary range of 71,400 to 119,000 USD, which is commensurate with the candidate's experience and geographic location. Additionally, the role is eligible for participation in an annual bonus plan, enhancing the overall compensation package. Working remotely is an option for this role, provided the candidate has reliable high-speed internet connection via cable broadband or fiber optic with specified minimum speeds.

As a Provider Contracting Lead Analyst, you will play a critical leadership role in supporting provider contract negotiations, specifically focusing on ancillary providers and health systems. Effective communication skills are essential in this role, where you will strengthen provider relationships through both verbal and written communication channels. As an integral member of the external-facing relationship management team, you will help cultivate, develop, and maintain strong partnerships with providers in your assigned market. This requires a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and interrelationships among providers in your geographic area.

The Provider Contracting Lead Analyst will also support the strategic positioning of provider contracting efforts, assisting in the development of Commercial networks and identifying opportunities for increased value orientation. Collaboration is central to success in this role, as you will work alongside a variety of internal stakeholders including Provider Service, Provider Data Management, Fee Schedule Management, Legal, Network Analytics, Compliance, Sales, and others. Demonstrating a team-oriented mindset and the ability to work across multiple departments is necessary to accomplish your goals.

From day one, employees are provided access to medical, vision, dental, and behavioral health programs designed to support whole health. Financial security is further enhanced by company-paid life insurance and a 401(k) plan. The company also values work-life balance, providing paid time off, holidays, and leaves of absence. Additionally, tuition reimbursement programs underscore Cigna’s dedication to ongoing employee development and career growth.

Joining Cigna Healthcare as a Provider Contracting Lead Analyst means becoming part of a forward-thinking, inclusive organization dedicated to improving lives through better health management.
