Job Requirements

  • 5+ years as a general manager, managing partner or assistant general manager
  • polished casual, upscale or fine dining experience preferred
  • sustainable operational results with solid job history
  • stellar business acumen including managing a profit and loss statement, scheduling, ordering and inventory
  • enjoys hands-on leadership in a scratch kitchen restaurant
  • ability to withstand temperatures ranging from 30 to 100 degrees fahrenheit
  • able to move throughout the restaurant for up to 10-12 hours a day
  • able to lift and carry items weighing up to 75 lbs for distances up to 10 feet

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years as a general manager, managing partner or assistant general manager
  • experience in polished casual, upscale or fine dining preferred
  • proven record of sustainable operational results
  • strong business acumen including managing a profit and loss statement
  • hands-on leadership experience in a scratch kitchen restaurant
