Financial acumen is critical in this role, as the Proprietor must skillfully manage the restaurant’s budget, monitor the live profit and loss (P&L) statement weekly, and collaborate closely with the Culinary Manager/Chef and Front of House Manager to uphold operational excellence. Attention to detail in maintaining consistent quality, operational standards, and achieving financial goals is essential. The Proprietor will regularly review financial reports, optimize scheduling, control inventory and ordering, and strive for continuous sales growth without compromising guest satisfaction and quality.
