The role of Multi-Property Sales Manager at BWH Hotels corporate offices is a key position responsible for driving local business development across a specified portfolio of hotel properties. This full-time, hybrid position based in Phoenix, Arizona, requires the candidate to work onsite Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at the Global Operations Center while having the option to work remotely on Tuesdays and Thursdays, promoting both collaboration and flexibility. The Sales Manager must reside in Arizona, and travel up to 15% is expected for property visits and company sales meetings. Notably, this position is ineligible for immigration sponsorship.
In this role, the Sales Manager focuses on prospecting and closing business across all market segments, including local negotiated corporate transient, crew, corporate groups, and leisure group business. They will develop insightful local sales plans by conducting competitive set and SWOT analyses, leveraging revenue management tools to maximize the revenue potential of each property. The Sales Manager also collaborates closely with the Worldwide Sales team to ensure that global accounts meet their potential and that brand programs and initiatives are effectively leveraged at the local level. This strategic sales position demands a self-starter with strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills who can positively influence revenue generation and maintain robust relationship management within the hospitality industry.

Job Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in hotel sales
- sales department management experience preferred
- bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, sales, marketing or related field or equivalent experience
