This non-exempt role reports directly to the Player Development Manager and is pivotal in promoting guest engagement and driving the success of marketing initiatives. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous casino, hospitality, sales, and marketing experience
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in HMS and applicable reservation software
- Demonstrate strong communication, guest relations, and conflict resolution skills
- Advanced understanding of casino rewards programs
- Familiarity with training team members

- 1+ years related casino Players Club or marketing experience preferred
- Experience with player tracking software and reservation systems preferred
- Bilingual is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional internal and external guest service
- Lead the planning, coordination, setup, and execution of all on-site promotions, events, and giveaways
- Publicly serve as a host coordinator and emcee of on-site promotions and events
- Establish and maintain vendor relationships when coordinating and promoting events
- Act as the primary liaison between the casino and third-party bus tours and charters
- Manage internal communication to ensure all departments are prepared for upcoming promotions and events
- Track promotion and special event pacing to ensure participation goals are met
