Job Description

The Casino Property Marketing Coordinator position is a key role within the Player Development Department at a premier casino destination. This non-exempt role reports directly to the Player Development Manager and is pivotal in promoting guest engagement and driving the success of marketing initiatives. As a member of the Marketing team, the Coordinator serves as a CRCR Ambassador, embodying the values and mission of the establishment to ensure all actions benefit the business and its patrons. The casino, renowned for its vibrant gaming atmosphere and comprehensive guest services, offers an exciting environment where promotional creativity meets operational excellence. It operates under California Gaming Regulations, requiring the Marketing Coordinator to have a thorough understanding of compliance and policy adherence in all promotional endeavors.

In this role, the Property Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing onsite promotions, events, and giveaways. These responsibilities are critical for enhancing the guest experience and increasing participation in the casino's promotional activities. The Coordinator liaises with multiple departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and maintains strong vendor relationships to support event logistics. Beyond promotions, the Coordinator supports host functions and Players Club operations, fostering strong guest relations through personal interactions such as greeting guests, explaining loyalty benefits, and enrolling new members in the player tracking system.

The role demands prowess in event management, guest service, and internal communication. This includes acting as an emcee during events, managing communication across departments, and ensuring all team members are informed and prepared for upcoming promotions. The Property Marketing Coordinator also plays a vital role in tracking event participation metrics and generating detailed promotional reports to gauge success and inform future strategies. The position requires a blend of creativity, organizational skills, and interpersonal acumen to effectively market the property and maintain positive relationships with guests and third-party groups such as bus tours and charters.

Additionally, the role involves data entry associated with Players Club policies, resolving guest concerns promptly, and assisting with special requests related to accommodations and amenities. The Marketing Coordinator is also expected to participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with marketing trends and continuously improve skills. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow within the hospitality and casino industries, contributing directly to the vibrancy and success of the property.

Overall, this position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, possess excellent communication and team collaboration skills, and are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. The emphasis on teamwork, integrity, and motivation aligns with the casino’s values, making the Property Marketing Coordinator a critical ambassador for the brand.
