In this key leadership role, the Property Manager will oversee all staff supervision, including scheduling, delegating duties, and resolving conflicts. Responsibilities extend to recruiting and hiring property employees, upholding company policies, and meeting leasing objectives by applying effective sales techniques. The successful candidate will exercise independent judgment in handling resident requests, taking charge of administrative reporting duties, and implementing resident retention initiatives such as newsletters, referral programs, and social activities.

Job Duties
- Operate the property within financial guidelines
- Perform daily physical inspections of the property and coordinate with the maintenance team
- Maintain direct supervision of all staff including work schedules, delegation of duties, and conflict resolution
- Interview and hire all property employees
- Ensure all policies and procedures are upheld and infractions are properly reported
- Meet leasing objectives by using proper sales techniques including first-hand leasing
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion to handle and resolve resident requests or concerns
- Take responsibility for administrative duties including required reporting
- Implement, design, and maintain a resident retention program such as newsletters, referral programs, and social activities
- Design and maintain a marketing and advertising concept for property staff to implement
- Ensure property compliance with OSHA, Fair Housing, and safety guidelines
- Investigate and report any incidents regarding residents, employees, vendors, or others related to the property
