Job Description

The company is currently seeking a Property Manager who exemplifies professionalism, empathy, and a strong sense of ownership. This role places you at the core of a residential community, where you will support residents, ensure seamless day-to-day operations, and take pride in managing every aspect of your property. As a Property Manager, you will be instrumental in driving leasing performance by maintaining high occupancy levels, effectively converting leads, and managing leasing pipelines using CRM tools. You will be the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring timely, professional, and empathetic communications that lead to excellent resident experiences and high satisfaction levels.

Operational excellence is another critical aspect of this role, where you will oversee the property's physical condition and daily operations through regular inspections, maintenance coordination, cleanliness, safety enforcement, rent collection, and timely handling of delinquency issues. You will also contribute to strategic performance improvements, embody the company’s core values such as Extreme Ownership and Customer Service, and promote a culture of accountability and collaboration.

In addition to operational responsibilities, you will conduct market research to stay ahead of local rental trends and advise on pricing and property improvements. The role also encourages personal and professional growth through participation in training and ongoing development opportunities. Working Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST, the position offers a structured schedule with a focus on sales and customer service passion.
