We are currently seeking a Property Manager for a well-established 362-unit residential community near Lake Mary, FL. This role is highly strategic and leadership-oriented, designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about driving operational success and exceptional resident experiences. As a Property Manager, you will lead a talented on-site team, oversee day-to-day operations, and manage the overall performance of the community. This position demands a strong leader with superior communication skills, operational and financial expertise, and a strategic mindset.

The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring service quality, maintaining the aesthetic and functional appeal of the property, and managing budgets and financial reports to optimize performance. They will spearhead capital improvement projects, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and conduct regular property inspections to uphold the highest standards of community management. Fostering a positive environment for residents is central to the role, as is the development and growth of the on-site team. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking, hands-on leader with a solution-oriented approach to challenges and a deep understanding of Fair Housing laws and property management systems like Yardi.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in property management
  • Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
  • Proficiency with property management systems
  • Excellent leadership and team development skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to high standards and accountability

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in property management
