The role of Property Manager at Real Property Management Express is a central and impactful position within the company. Property Managers play a vital role in supporting residents, ensuring smooth daily operations, and taking pride in the upkeep and success of their residential communities. Responsibilities include driving leasing performance by maintaining high occupancy levels through proactive follow-up with prospective residents, conducting property tours, and managing the leasing pipeline using the company’s CRM system. Property Managers act as the main point of contact for residents, striving to deliver exceptional resident experiences through timely, professional, and empathetic communication.

Operational excellence is a key focus of this role, with duties encompassing regular property inspections, coordination with maintenance teams, enforcement of cleanliness and safety standards, and managing rent collection including addressing delinquency issues. Property Managers are encouraged to be cultural champions of the organization’s core values such as Extreme Ownership, Cover & Move, Discipline = Freedom, and providing outstanding customer service. They are responsible for promoting these values through accountability, collaboration, maintaining high standards, and delivering fast and thoughtful resident-focused service.

Continuous learning and market awareness are also integral to the role, which includes staying informed on local rental trends to make strategic recommendations regarding pricing and property improvements. Professional growth is supported through participation in required training and development opportunities, positioning this role as a launchpad for future leadership within the company. The Property Manager role is a full-time position that requires availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST, and demands strong communication, organizational skills, and technical savvy to navigate multiple systems.
