Job Requirements
- 5+ years of industrial or commercial real estate or equivalent experience
- Valid driver's license with ability to travel to multiple properties
- Current Georgia Real Estate sales license or ability to obtain within six months
- Commitment to proactive and responsive customer service
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace new company initiatives
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with diverse customers and stakeholders
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Experience with property transitions, portfolio acquisitions or mergers
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to process data and complete variance reports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to work extended hours and be on call for emergencies
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial or commercial real estate experience or equivalent
- Current or ability to obtain a Real Estate sales license in the State of Georgia within six months
- Demonstrated commitment to proactive and responsive customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build meaningful relationships
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Experience with property transitions, portfolio acquisitions or company mergers
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to process data and complete recurring variance reports
Job Duties
- Manage customer relationships by providing clear and accessible communication of terms, conditions, and responsibilities
- Oversee move-in and move-out processes, perform inspections, and coordinate any necessary repairs or maintenance
- Anticipate customer needs to provide proactive solutions
- Identify additional revenue opportunities by demonstrating an expert understanding of Prologis value-added products and services and aligning them to customer needs
- Own and maintain strong, long-term relationships with portfolio of customers
- Use technical tools such as Salesforce to gather data and develop customer insights
- Perform lease analysis and lease administration
- Utilize highly developed negotiation and management skills to ensure safe and well-maintained properties through competitively bid service agreements
- Maintain strong financial reporting to ensure budget and financial goals are met for the portfolio
