The role of Property Manager at Hines is a pivotal position that demands a balance between operational excellence and a strong hospitality mindset. The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of multi-tenant, Class A or trophy-level commercial properties. This includes ensuring the seamless operation of building systems, managing fiscal activities with full profit and loss responsibility, negotiating contracts with service providers, and maintaining high standards of property aesthetics and safety.

In addition to operational duties, the Property Manager leads a cross-functional team dedicated to delivering Hines' Hospitality Standards, mentoring personnel, and fostering a people-centric approach to client service. Coordination of unique event programming aimed at building community engagement is also a key aspect of the role.

The Property Manager serves as the main liaison between tenants, asset managers, and owners, developing marketing and leasing strategies to meet performance objectives. They also play a critical role in emergency preparedness by directing all related procedures, from planning and drills to direct response coordination during crises.

This position requires a dynamic leader with at least 2 years of experience managing high-class commercial assets, strong financial acumen including P&L management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, real estate, or a related field and demonstrate a passion for client-focused service and team leadership.

Additional responsibilities include supporting development efforts such as quality control during construction and acting as a representative of Hines in community and industry groups. The Property Manager must maintain composure under pressure, demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, and be accessible for emergency operations management as necessary.

The role offers a competitive compensation range of $77,000 to $180,000 plus bonus, reflecting the importance of combining operational expertise with exceptional hospitality leadership at Hines.

Job Duties
