Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years management experience
- Financial experience including P&L responsibility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Completion of property management training or equivalent knowledge
- Passion for hospitality and people leadership
- High emotional intelligence
- Experience leading teams
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Professionalism and composure
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work indoors 95% and outdoors 5%
- Use of sensory skills for building inspection and emergency detection
- Physical ability for property inspections
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
- Availability for 24-hour emergency access
- Willingness to transfer properties and work overtime
- Compensation range $77,000 - $180,000 plus bonus
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, real estate, or related field
- Minimum 2 years management experience in Class A or trophy-level commercial properties
- Financial experience including P&L responsibility and budget management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Completion of Hines Property Management Training or equivalent
- Strong leadership with hospitality mindset
- High emotional intelligence and creative problem-solving
- Experience leading multi-layered teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and continuous improvement mindset
- Physical ability to perform inspections and lift up to 25lbs
Job Duties
- Train, mentor, and develop property personnel in hospitality experience
- Apply hospitality hiring practices
- Lead cross-functional teams and third-party service providers
- Coordinate unique event programming to foster community
- Manage fiscal activities and full profit and loss responsibility
- Negotiate contracts and supervise contractor services
- Develop and implement marketing and leasing strategy
- Collaborate on building mechanical systems and maintenance
- Ensure property compliance with all required programs and policies
- Support development groups including construction quality control
- Represent Hines in business and community organizations
- Direct emergency procedures including planning and drills
- Monitor emergency equipment
- Lead or assist with evacuations and safety alarms
- Act as fire/life safety director in emergencies
