Job Duties
- perform daily walking inspections and clean the property grounds removing litter debris and pet waste
- maintain pools exterior lighting and golf carts performing preventative upkeep as scheduled
- assist with unit turns property maintenance projects landscaping and minor repairs
- operate power washers and other equipment to clean buildings patios and parking areas
- maintain shops garages and storage areas in an organized and safe condition
- report or correct safety hazards promptly
