The opening is for a Property Management Coordinator who will play a vital role in supporting the Executive VP of Operations along with the property management staff. This full-time, in-office position is designed for an individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of anticipating the needs of the team before they arise. The coordinator will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive files related to properties, vendors, and tenants. Critical tasks include generating detailed property reports, monitoring correspondence, and tracking financial statements related to property management activities. The role also requires assisting with lease reviews and audits to ensure compliance and accuracy. This position is ideal for those who have excellent organizational skills, a natural aptitude for working with people, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
