Our focus is on maintaining high-quality service standards by ensuring that the property and guest experiences meet excellence.
The role we are hiring for is that of a Property Maintenance Technician. This position plays a vital role in the day-to-day upkeep and maintenance of the entire hotel property. The technician is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on various hotel property structures and equipment. This includes both indoor and outdoor environment care, ensuring the property is safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing at all times.
This position is unique in that it requires the employee to live on-site during employment, providing immediate response to maintenance emergencies when they arise, and fostering a strong connection with the property. The Property Maintenance Technician also serves occasionally as the Property Attendant, supporting operational needs and ensuring guest satisfaction. This dual role embodies flexibility, responsiveness, and a hands-on approach to property management.
We value technical proficiency and a proactive attitude toward property care. The ideal candidate will have practical knowledge of air conditioning systems, electrical systems, general repairs, and safety procedures. The role demands an ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, often in high-pressure scenarios, and communicate clearly with guests and staff. The technician also maintains orderliness by managing grounds cleanup, interior maintenance, and coordinating repairs.
Beyond technical duties, this role requires strong organizational abilities and the capacity to follow safety protocols diligently. Working conditions are physically demanding, involving both indoor and outdoor work environments, exposure to various weather conditions, and physical tasks such as lifting and climbing.
We provide comprehensive training programs and support throughout the onboarding process to ensure success in this important role. Full-time employees enjoy benefits such as health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401k with company match, paid time off, complimentary housing with housekeeping, and weekly payroll. This opportunity offers a fulfilling career in hospitality property management where commitment, skill, and passion are valued and rewarded.
