The Property Maintenance Technician role at InTown Suites Tampa is an essential position responsible for ensuring the daily upkeep and operational integrity of the entire property. This full-time position encompasses a diverse range of maintenance tasks, including repair, preventative maintenance, and compliance with safety standards. The technician must live on the property during their employment term to promptly address any issues, especially emergency situations which require immediate attention.
