Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum two years of related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Basic proficiency with computer systems and administrative software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Ensure on-property event execution
- Provide administrative support for MSB property General Managers
- Serve as primary point-of-contact for guests organizing and attending meeting events
- Assist other employees to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service
- Support property billing efforts including monitoring accounts payable and receivable and managing direct bill applications
- Collect, develop, and submit content to update property websites
- Perform administrative duties such as monitoring databases for finance, accounting, labor scheduling, sales, and general operations
- Liaise with Regional Sales Office
- Perform event planning and detailing if no Regional Sales Office is available
- Follow company policies and maintain professional appearance
- Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
- Greet and assist guests according to company standards
- Address guests’ service needs and assist individuals with disabilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Prepare and review written documents accurately
- Answer telephones using proper etiquette
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships
- Support team goals
- Respond appropriately to guest concerns
- Perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, walking for extended periods and moving objects up to 10 pounds
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
