With a strong emphasis on innovation, scale, and industry expertise, Prologis not only shapes the future of logistics but actively builds the foundation for what comes next in the industry.
As a Property Administrator (Real Estate and Customer Experience Coordinator) at Prologis in Atlanta, you will join the Customer Experience Team (CET) dedicated to providing best-in-class service across more than 52 million square feet of industrial space. This role demands a customer-centric professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities while addressing the needs of diverse clientele that ranges from major e-commerce and logistics companies to smaller warehouse and shop operations. This role involves close collaboration with various internal teams such as Leasing, Construction, Customer Account Representatives, Solar, Energy, and others to ensure smooth property operations and customer satisfaction. It requires strong organizational skills to manage operational support for property managers, coordinate maintenance and repair requests, handle payment processing, and manage vendor contracts. Furthermore, the Property Administrator will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. With a salary range of $31.74 to $38.47 per hour (approximately $66,000 to $80,000 annually), the position offers a full-time employment status along with opportunities for professional growth and development in a company that values initiative and accountability.
