As a company, Prologis combines unmatched scale, expertise, and innovation, driving the future of logistics and building what comes next in global commerce.
The Property Administrator (Real Estate and Customer Experience Coordinator) role based in Nashville is a vital part of Prologis's Customer Experience Team (CET). This role focuses on delivering best-in-class service to a diverse range of customers, including some of the biggest names in e-commerce logistics and warehouse operations as well as smaller shop operations. The Property Administrator assists the CET by providing operational and communication support, enabling the team to focus on their customers' unique needs efficiently. You would be responsible for helping coordinate customer event planning, managing gift ordering, maintaining customer payment information, and handling vendor contracts and payments.
Additional responsibilities include managing vacancy contracts and billings related to janitorial, HVAC, utilities, and inspections, preparing annual billing schedules, and CAM reconciliation letters. This role requires maintaining accurate customer and property data such as utility meters, lockboxes, fire alarm codes, and contact information, as well as reviewing monthly rent charges and communicating increases. You will also oversee accounts payable and receivable ledgers and coordinate the scheduling of maintenance and inspection work with property managers, technicians, and vendors.
This position demands strict adherence to Prologis's property management policies, procedures, regulations, and legal compliance. You will support the CET by processing expense reports and share office managerial duties such as ordering supplies, managing access control, parking badges, and organizing team lunches. Prologis offers a salary range from $28.85 to $33.65 per hour ($60,000 to $70,000 annually), based on location, education, experience, and skills. It is a full-time position located in Nashville, Tennessee.
