Job Requirements

  • Prior administrative experience
  • Proficiency in office software including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation tools
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, bending, stretching, and lifting up to 10 pounds
  • Commitment to maintaining professional appearance and adherence to company policies

Job Qualifications

  • Previous administrative experience preferred
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively
  • Detail-oriented and organized

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support to multiple hotel departments including guest services, engineering, and food and beverage
  • Prepare documents using word processing software, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation tools
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales office and clients during the event process including before, during, and after the event
  • Maintain professional appearance and communication standards
  • Foster positive working relationships with employees and departments
  • Listen and respond appropriately to employee concerns
  • Report accidents, damages, and unsafe conditions to management
