- Proficiency in office software including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation tools
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, bending, stretching, and lifting up to 10 pounds
- Commitment to maintaining professional appearance and adherence to company policies
Job Qualifications

- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Provide administrative support to multiple hotel departments including guest services, engineering, and food and beverage
- Prepare documents using word processing software, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation tools
- Serve as a liaison between the sales office and clients during the event process including before, during, and after the event
- Maintain professional appearance and communication standards
- Foster positive working relationships with employees and departments
- Listen and respond appropriately to employee concerns
- Report accidents, damages, and unsafe conditions to management
