Located in Fort Worth, Texas, Marriott International offers a vibrant work environment at the Renaissance Hotels that fosters personal growth, inclusivity, and excellence. The company is dedicated to creating safe and welcoming workplaces, encouraging diversity, equity, and accessibility, and ensuring all employees feel valued and supported. As part of a global team, associates at Marriott International benefit from comprehensive training, opportunities for career advancement, and a culture that celebrates individual talents and collective success.

The Property Administrative Specialist role is a vital administrative position within this esteemed hotel establishment. This full-time, non-management role is based at the Renaissance Hotels located at 200 Main Street, Fort Worth, Texas. The Property Administrative Specialist plays a critical supportive role, collaborating closely with multiple departments such as guest services, engineering, and food and beverage to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel. The core responsibility centers around providing comprehensive administrative support, which includes preparing documents using word processing software, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation tools.

In addition, the Property Administrative Specialist acts as an essential link between the sales office and clients throughout the entire event process—from pre-event planning to event execution and post-event follow-up. This coordination is crucial in achieving the overall objectives and maintaining high standards of service that guests and clients expect. The candidate must adhere strictly to company policies and procedures, maintain quality standards, and present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. The role requires physical stamina as it involves standing, walking for extended periods, and occasional lifting or moving of objects weighing less than 10 pounds. Flexibility and willingness to assist with various reasonable tasks assigned by supervisors are essential attributes for success in this position.

Working at Marriott International means joining a global hospitality leader that values a safe workspace, promotes respectful and collaborative relationships among employees, and supports inclusive growth opportunities. The company’s commitment to equal opportunity employment prohibits discrimination based on disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristics, fostering an environment where diversity is not only accepted but celebrated.
