The Property Administrative Specialist position serves as an essential backbone to the hotel’s workforce, providing administrative support that ensures efficient communication and seamless coordination among different teams. Responsibilities include preparing documents using various software tools such as word processors, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software. The role also functions as a liaison between the sales office and clients during all phases of event management — before, during, and after the events.
