These professionals blend classic sophistication with contemporary sensitivity, including exclusive butler service, to deliver exquisite guest experiences. Marriott International, the parent company, is a global leader in hospitality committed to diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities for all associates. At the heart of Marriott's culture is a dedication to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism while fostering a welcoming and supportive workplace environment. Joining St. Regis means becoming part of a global portfolio renowned for luxury and excellence and engaging in a workplace where you can thrive, fulfill your purpose, and evolve into your best self. The location for this position is at 9703 Collins Ave, Bal Harbour, Florida, indicating a prestigious beachfront community renowned for upscale living and tourism. This job is a full-time, non-management administrative role critical to the smooth day-to-day functioning of the hotel.
The Property Administrative Specialist at St. Regis is an essential role involving collaboration across multiple hotel departments such as guest services, engineering, food and beverage to provide comprehensive administrative support. This position is responsible for preparing documents using various software tools including word processors, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations. Additionally, the Specialist acts as a liaison between the sales office and clients throughout event processes—before, during, and after events—ensuring seamless communication and effective coordination. The role demands attention to detail, multitasking capabilities, and the ability to support team objectives across departments. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to develop and maintain positive working relationships within the hotel’s diverse workforce. Physical demands include regular movement, standing, walking, bending, stretching, and occasionally lifting or moving objects under 10 pounds without assistance, highlighting the active nature of the job. This position requires adherence to company policies including safety protocols, uniform standards, personal appearance, and professional communication at all times. Reporting occupational hazards and participating in teamwork to achieve common goals are critical expectations. Working at St. Regis, under Marriott International’s inclusive policies, offers opportunities for career development within a globally recognized leadership hospitality brand committed to equal employment opportunities and celebrating associate diversity.
