The Promotions Representative (On-Call) role at WarHorse Gaming Lincoln, LLC is a dynamic and essential position designed to support the planning and delivery of engaging casino promotions and events. This role is classified as on-call with a swing shift schedule that varies based on property and event needs, including weekends and holidays. Compensation for this role is competitive, starting at $19.10 per hour with benefits such as a discounted meal program. The Promotions Representative plays a critical part in ensuring smooth event operations and memorable guest experiences by assisting with event logistics, prize distribution, and on-site coordination. Job Requirements

Must be 19 years of age or older
High school diploma or GED
Minimum one year of guest service experience, gaming experience preferred
Basic knowledge of marketing programs or willingness to learn
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
Ability to lift, carry, and transport promotional equipment
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Valid driver’s license
Ability to secure and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License

Job Duties

Practice, support, and uphold the mission, vision, and values of WarHorse Gaming, LLC
Execute promotions and events by assisting guests and ensuring smooth operations
Prepare event areas including setup, decor, signage, and staging elements such as banners and audio announcements
Transport, set up, and break down promotional equipment as required
Maintain and track prize inventory including proper awarding and documentation
Ensure event areas remain organized, stocked, and secured after completion
Follow the marketing and promotions calendar to meet established timelines
Deliver outstanding guest service throughout all events and promotional activities
Collaborate effectively with internal departments and team members
Perform other related duties as assigned
