The Promotions Representative position at WarHorse Gaming Lincoln, LLC, is an essential, on-call role that supports the strategic planning and execution of casino promotions and events. This full-time, swing shift position is designed to ensure guests have an engaging, memorable experience by effectively coordinating event logistics and facilitating smooth promotional activities. Compensation is offered at a rate of $19.10 per hour, complemented by benefits such as a discounted meal program. The schedule for this role varies based on property and event demands, including weekends and holidays, reflecting the dynamic nature of the hospitality and entertainment sectors.

As a Promotions Representative, individuals will be responsible for tasks such as assisting guests during promotional activities, preparing event spaces with appropriate decor, signage, and staging elements, and managing the setup and breakdown of promotional equipment. The role demands high organizational skills to maintain accurate prize inventories and ensures event areas remain secure, stocked, and orderly following completion. A keen adherence to the marketing and promotions calendar is necessary to meet tight timelines and to collaborate effectively with internal teams and departments.
