Job Description

iHeartMedia is the number one audio company in America, reaching 90 percent of Americans every month. With a monthly audience twice the size of any other audio company and almost three times the size of the largest TV network, iHeartMedia holds an unparalleled leadership position in the audio industry. The company boasts more number one rated markets than the next two largest radio companies combined and is the largest podcast publisher, with monthly downloads exceeding the second and third largest combined. Podcasting at iHeartMedia has surpassed streaming music services and even Netflix in terms of monthly users. The company is home to many of the most popular and trusted on-air personalities and podcast influencers, providing authentic connections to hundreds of communities across America. iHeartMedia also creates and produces some of the most popular and well-known branded live music events in the US, including the iHeartRadio Music Festival, iHeartRadio Music Awards, iHeartCountry Festival, iHeartRadio Fiesta Latina, and the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour. The iHeartRadio platform is the number one streaming radio digital service in America with a social media footprint seven times larger than the next largest audio service. It also features the industry's only complete audio ad technology stack, covering on-demand, broadcast radio, digital streaming, and podcasting, enabling precise data-driven targeting and attribution for advertisers. This powerful combination of audience reach, technology, and creative content positions iHeartMedia uniquely to build successful outcomes for clients at efficient costs.

Committed to diversity and inclusion, iHeartMedia reflects the varied communities it serves and values collaboration, curiosity, respectful communication, and innovation. The company encourages those passionate about audio and media to apply even if their experience does not perfectly match the job description, fostering an authentic and inclusive workplace.
