Job Description
iHeartMedia is the leading audio company in America, recognized as the number one audio company nationwide. It reaches 90 percent of Americans every month, boasting an audience size twice as large as any other audio company. This reach is almost three times the size of the largest TV network and nearly four times the size of the largest ad-supported music streaming service. iHeartMedia dominates the audio space with more number one rated markets than the next two largest radio companies combined. Furthermore, it is the largest podcast publisher in the country, with more monthly downloads than the second and third-largest podcast publishers combined. Podcasting, the fastest-growing new media, now has more monthly users than streaming music services or Netflix. iHeartMedia is home to many of the country’s most popular and trusted on-air personalities and podcast influencers who cultivate strong connections with hundreds of communities across America. The company also creates and produces some of the most popular and well-known branded live music events in the nation, including the iHeartRadio Music Festival, the iHeartRadio Music Awards, the iHeartCountry Festival, iHeartRadio Fiesta Latina, and the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour. Additionally, iHeartRadio is the number one streaming radio digital service in America. Its social media footprint is seven times larger than the next largest audio service, highlighting its immense digital presence. iHeartMedia also has a unique advantage in the audio advertising industry by having the only complete audio ad technology stack for all forms of audio, from on-demand to broadcast radio, digital streaming radio, and podcasting. This robust technology offers data, targeting, and attribution across audio formats at an unparalleled scale, enabling the sales teams to achieve success for clients more efficiently than any other option. The company values diversity and inclusion, emphasizing collaboration, curiosity, openness to new ideas, respect for individuals, and a commitment to reflecting the communities it serves. iHeartMedia strives to foster a diverse and authentic workplace environment where unique perspectives are welcomed and encouraged. Only iHeartMedia holds the number one position in everything audio, making it a distinctive place for passionate professionals to drive innovation and growth in the audio industry.
